3. Win-Back offer (after 30 days)

12% of "lost" customers come back with an offer like this. Sound like a little? Think of it this way: a member with a ₪350/month membership you kept for another year = ₪4,200. For a single message that cost 7 agorot.
4. New class / new instructor
Added a TRX class? A new yoga instructor arrived? That's a great reason to send a message — especially to members looking for a change.
"New at the studio! 🔥 HIIT Burn class with [instructor] — 45 minutes that'll change your workout. First class free. Want in? [link]"
5. Membership renewal
A week before the membership ends, send a reminder with a renewal offer. A lot of people just forget to renew, not that they want to leave.
"[name], your membership ends in a week. Renew now and get an extra month free! 🎁 To renew: [link]. Questions? [phone]"
Seasonal messages that work
• January: "New year, new you! 3-month membership at 2-month price. Start?"
• Pre-summer (April–May): "3 months until summer. Special Boot Camp — every day at 06:30. Who's in?"
• September (back from break): "Back from vacation? Your body's waiting. Free class this week — let's start again."
Why SMS and not an app/email?
Have an app? Great. 40% of members delete it after a month. Have an email list? Excellent. 18% open.
