We use your information to:

Vibrate's Role

Vibrate acts as a Meta technology provider (Tech Provider), connecting your WhatsApp Business account to the WhatsApp Business Platform. We process the information flowing through this channel solely in order to provide the service.

What Information Is Transferred to Meta

• Phone numbers of the sender and of the recipients
• Message content, including text, images, files and other media
• Message templates submitted for approval and their content
• Delivery, read, error, block and complaint data
• WABA account identifiers, phone number and business profile details

Meta as an Independent Controller

Meta does not act solely on our behalf: it processes some of the information for its own purposes, under its own privacy policy and the WhatsApp Business terms, and we do not control that processing or its retention periods.

Transfers Outside Israel

Use of the WhatsApp Business Platform involves transferring information to Meta servers located outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. The transfer is made in order to perform our contract with you and is subject to Meta's contractual commitments to us and to its customers.

Retention Periods

WhatsApp messages and their attached media are retained on Vibrate's servers for as long as your account is active, and for up to a further 12 months after it is closed, for record-keeping, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Meta retains undelivered messages for a limited period until delivery, and then deletes them from its servers.

Opt-out and Blocking

A recipient may stop receiving messages from us at any time - by sending "STOP", blocking the number in the WhatsApp app, or reporting the message to Meta. Removal requests are recorded in the system and honored immediately.

Division of Responsibility

The distribution lists and the content sent over the WhatsApp channel belong to our business customers. They are responsible for obtaining recipients' consent, documenting it, and for the message content; we provide the platform and process the information on their instructions. If you received a message from a business and want your details deleted, we recommend contacting that business first - and you are also welcome to contact us and we will help.
